By developing the first vegetarian restaurant yamm!, IES supported the establishment of the vegetarian restaurant chain offering self-service, catering and take-out in the higher price and quality
segment. The first flagship store in Austria in the 1st Viennese district impresses customers with its unique and stylish atmosphere; customers simply feel comfortable in the different “worlds” that vary according to function, furnishings, design and customer benefit. A yamm! food stand opened up at the Vienna Naschmarkt in 2012. Further yamm! locations are to follow.
