96 serviced apartments were developed and constructed in several partial stages in the former office building OCN II. The apartments were opened in 2012 under the brand A-partments Amsterdam BV with a total of 135 double beds, ranging from small studios to larger 3-room apartments with an area of 30 m² to 75 m². In addition to the reception, a separate wellness area with sauna and fitness room as well as free WiFi are also available to renters.
