Serviced Apartments
Amsterdam

96 serviced apartments were developed and constructed in several partial stages in the former office building OCN II. The apartments were opened in 2012 under the brand A-partments Amsterdam BV with a total of 135 double beds, ranging from small studios to larger 3-room apartments with an area of 30 m² to 75 m². In addition to the reception, a separate wellness area with sauna and fitness room as well as free WiFi are also available to renters.

The project was not implemented under the brand IES in its first construction phase, but directly or indirectly by business graduate Gernot Teufel through a substantial investment in the project company or implementation.
