The project Orly Center N I is an office building at Amsterdam's second most important traffic hub "Sloterdijk". Through its mediation services, IES has been able to secure a renowned hotel proprietor for the usage area of approx. 13,000 m². The strategic new orientation from office to hotel usage has substantially contributed to the complete reshaping of the entire Teleport neighbourhood, which is developing more and more into a central location for Amsterdam's hotel industry.
The former office building was not constructed under the brand IES, but directly or indirectly by business graduate Gernot Teufel through a substantial investment in the project company or implementation.
