Serviced Apartments Auerspergstrasse
Vienna

Built in 1900, the property at Auerspergstraße 21 is a Gründerzeit house from Late Historicism, which the client acquired through a public tender. The object has increased in value due to the premium attic expansion that included two luxuriously furnished attic apartments. Additional serviced apartments were built subsequently on the lower floors, which are now operated successfully by the cooperation partner Vienna Residence.
